The program is organised as a learning-by-doing training program.

The main goal is to make the decluttering and learning process as simple and easy as possible for you.

You don’t have to ‘study’ the 5 steps or the theory behind the program, instead you will immediately start to take action and quickly create visible positive changes in your home.

Yes, you are the one who is going to do the practical work.

However, you are never alone during the course of the program, you don’t have to get it done on your own – I’ll be at your side and guide you through the process.

Our one-on-one coaching sessions will take place at least once a week. We will use these online meetings (via Zoom) to discuss and evaluate what has been done so far, plan the next steps, and clarify any questions you might have.

Between our sessions you can contact me via email whenever you need support or advice.

Additionally, customised exercises and to-do lists will also help you to move forward on your decluttering journey.
